Hi Mary Ann,
I just had to let you know how our Vet visit went today!

Well, she was just the Belle of the ball as you well imagine, and she loved every moment of the attention!! Everyone just made over her color and her face.....and all the techs carried her around! Miss Abby was absolutely wonderful and merry....her little tail never stopped wagging and she greeted everyone with kisses. She let the vet clip her nails without any fuss and they laid her on her back to count all the different colors she had in her tummy (6!!!) and she just laid there calm as anything!!

She is in perfect health.....Doctor Ann Marie said she couldn't find a single thing wrong with her, right down to her perfect bite! I want to tell you that she paid you the highest of compliments for this puppy's wonderful personality and demeanor. She said she could definitely tell this puppy had been "handled and raised with a loving person's touch and not just by a breeder's hand". She said that Abby ranked right up there in the top 5 puppies she has ever had a first visit with, personality wise!!! So you have a lot to be proud of with the way you guide these puppies until they find homes.....and it shows!

Abby weighed 6.5 pounds today and like I said, is in perfect health. Her stools were negative for all parasites, diseases, etc, and her ears are going to be great ones for not many ear infections! Remember when I told you her hearing was exceptional?? She said she has very wide ear canals which will be great for allowing her ears to drain and dry out, so that is probably why she can hear extra well!! She didn't have any fleas, but we put her on Front Line Flea protection that also has a wormer in it just to keep it that way!! She goes back next week for her 12 week shots!!

Here are some pictures from the visit:  (in the slide show above.)

She is doing great. She only cried the first night and now she sleeps all night. She sleeps in our room and has a frog nightlight. Spoiled already!! She is doing GREAT on her training. Very few accidents so far. We are very pleased.  She loves to play with the grandkids. She loves to go for rides. She has a new collar with pink hearts on it. We just LOVE her!
Thanks,  Dorna

(Abby just lives around the corner from us, so we will get to see her in person, and keep up with how she is doing.)

Wendall brought Precious in for a groom in November.  So I got some pictures then.

"Hello just wanted to send some pics of our new baby to you. We are all having tons of fun with her. I think Legend loves the puppy the most. He tries to carry her everywhere.  Leda =^_^="

"Her name is cinnamon. She is very smart. She can sit, lay down, roll over, and speak. I know I sent some of you pictures of her all ready, but this one was too cute not to share."  (Just over a week of having little Betsy in their home.)

They say a picture's worth a thousand words. This is Hippie Maggie and then Cocker Spaniel Maggie after she got clipped today ! She's a real sweetheart. Filling out nicely. And I think enjoyed getting some hair off so she's cooler. I'm going to go have a look at your web page to see what's new.
We've been REALLy busy with the garden & flowers and keeping the reg. Stuff done. I've many times to write but just didn't get in gear. Hope all's well witrh you.

Hello Mary

I know I told you on the phone how much we adore Chloe. After we got to know her we had to change her name to Chloe. She is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone who sees her comments on her wonderful coloring and adorable face. She is such a character. She loves everyone and everything. Thanks for raising such a beautiful well adjusted baby. Here are some pictures.

Donna

P.S. Donna has shown Cocker Spaniels before, we are thrilled that she chose to adopt a Cocker from us.
